Life And Death Arrow Ceremonies

LIFE AND DEATH ARROW CEREMONY

A SHAMANIC ACT OF POWER

Performing this ceremony will assist you in focusing on goals while letting go of that which holds you back.

It is best to prepare for the ceremony by observing oneself over a period of a few weeks and work with the natural cycles of the moon. Meaning, from full moon to half-moon – focus/meditate upon what you need to release in order to achieve your goal(s). During the new moon, through half-moon – focus and meditate upon what you want to draw.

This Act of Power Ceremony serves as a reminder that you are on a Sacred Path, co-created by you and the Creator. Through focus, letting go, effort and a dedicated communion with Great Spirit you more easily see and achieve your goals.

To connect with one’s own inner “Power” and intentionally set goals, destiny and purpose for the season. This ceremony is an observance of balance. Balance is imperative for health, growth and true insight.

DEATH ARROW CEREMONY – RETURNING WHAT IS FINISHED TO THE PAST

In shamanic traditions, the death arrow is a potent symbol and tool used to release old patterns, traumas, and energies that no longer serve an individual. It represents a deep, transformative process that allows one to clear away the past and make room for new growth and healing.

The death arrow symbolizes the intentional release of negative energies, emotional baggage, and past traumas. By creating and ceremonially releasing the arrow, you are setting an intention to let go of what no longer serves you, making way for new beginnings and healing.

LIFE ARROW CEREMONY – RECLAIMING DIRECTION, INTENTION AND THE PATH YOU ARE CHOOSING

From a Shamanic perspective, ceremony and ritual are incredibly important to healing, as well as growth and development. To a shaman, the fire ceremony is incredibly sacred. Fire is a wild energy and helpful ally, if we properly respect it. Not only does it represent the rapid illumination we go through in becoming a shaman, it recycles energy! We burn items that represent different issues in our life, to transmute the energy of our issue, into the energy of light and heat, that we may take in and use to nourish ourselves, and our lives.

In indigenous societies, the elders carry on the tradition of gathering around a fire when the moon is full and dreaming of a world that they want their grandchildren to inherit. On that evening, they quietly arrive in a circle of dreamers, knowing that what they have to offer is just a tiny piece of the larger puzzle, and that it’s important that they show up with love and intent and participate in the dreaming process.

The Life Arrow Ceremony assists you to bring your dream and vision into physical form.

Life Arrow Ceremony

LIFE ARROW CEREMONY

RECLAIMING DIRECTION, INTENTION AND THE PATH YOU ARE CHOOSING

There are moments when a person is not lost because they lack options. They are lost because too many parts of them are pulling in different directions. One part wants safety, another wants freedom, another remains loyal to the life they have outgrown. The result can look like indecision, procrastination or lack of purpose, yet beneath it is often a fractured relationship with direction itself.

A Life Arrow ceremony is about calling into being the dream, goal, futures aspects of self you wish to see manifest in your physical reality. It is about being witness by the more than human realms and asking them to “breathe life” into this intention I am asking you to witness. It gives intention a tangible, physical and ceremonial form. It supports the person to gather scattered energy, name what they are moving toward and align action with the direction they have chosen.

Facilitated by Kim Morris, an Initiated Suyu Alto Mesayoq (Inka Shaman High Priestess) in the Sacred Andean Tradition, the ceremony is not fortune-telling. It does not promise that one path is guaranteed. It helps a person stop waiting for certainty and begin relating to direction through agency, responsibility and embodied commitment.

Reasons this ceremony may help:

  • You feel pulled in several directions and cannot gather momentum.
  • You are beginning a new chapter and want to mark it clearly.
  • You have insight and ideas but struggle to translate them into action.
  • You fear choosing the wrong path and remain permanently undecided.
  • You have lost contact with purpose, desire or future vision.
  • You are ready to stop organising life around crisis.
  • You need a ceremonial commitment to support a practical plan.
  • You want direction without giving your authority away to prediction.

WHY PEOPLE MAY SEEK OUT THIS CEREMONY

A person may seek a Life Arrow ceremony at the beginning of a new chapter, after a long period of confusion, or when they can feel potential but cannot organise themselves around it. They may have many ideas, repeated false starts, competing loyalties or fear of choosing the wrong path. Some have spent years responding to crisis and no longer know how to orient toward desire.

Others have achieved what they were taught to want and discovered that success without meaning still leaves the soul unfed. The ceremony exists because direction is not only a mental decision. It requires energy, relationship, timing, sacrifice and the willingness to stop feeding alternatives that keep commitment diluted.

CEREMONY PREPARATION

Bring a clear question or threshold rather than asking the ceremony to choose your entire life. Reflect on what you want, what you fear and what each possible path requires you to relinquish. Come rested and free from intoxicants.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE CEREMONY

You may experience clarity, resistance, grief, excitement or a stronger awareness of the cost of choosing. The ceremony makes room for ambivalence without allowing it to remain in charge.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY

Take one practical action within an agreed timeframe. Avoid repeatedly reopening the decision unless new information genuinely changes the path. Let commitment build evidence.

POST CEREMONY INTEGRATION & SUPPORT

Integration may include purpose mapping, shamanic energy medicine, mentoring, boundary work, scheduled action and review of what drains energy from the chosen direction.

POTENTIAL BENEFITS

A Life Arrow ceremony may support clarity, momentum, renewed purpose, stronger decision-making and a more coherent relationship with the future. It can reveal where fear has disguised itself as confusion and where too many options have protected the person from accountability.

People may feel more willing to choose, tolerate uncertainty and direct life force toward what matters. The benefit is not certainty about outcome. It is a clearer relationship with the direction you are willing to serve.

What healing may restore:

  • Clarity about the direction you are choosing.
  • Energy gathered from scattered goals and obligations.
  • Connection with purpose and future vision.
  • Greater tolerance for uncertainty.
  • Commitment that is not dependent on constant motivation.
  • Agency in place of prediction or permission seeking.
  • A practical bridge between insight and action.
  • Trust in your capacity to adjust without abandoning the path.

WHY CEREMONY INSTEAD OF JUST TALKING

Talking can compare options, but direction often remains abstract until the body experiences commitment. The arrow becomes a visible line between where you are and what you are choosing. Ceremony gathers attention, emotion and energy around that line.

It also makes the cost of direction harder to avoid. To move one way is to stop feeding another. The ritual does not eliminate uncertainty. It helps the person become large enough to move while uncertainty is still present.

SHIFTS YOU MAY EXPERIENCE

The outcome may be a named direction, a blessed Life Arrow, a practical commitment and a clearer understanding of what must be released for the path to be sustained. Some people leave energised. Others feel the sobriety of knowing what their chosen life now asks of them. Both can mark genuine alignment.

WHO THIS CEREMONY IS FOR

For adults at a threshold involving purpose, career, leadership, relationship, relocation, creative work, recovery or a new chapter who are ready to choose and act.

WHO THIS CEREMONY IS NOT FOR

Not for outsourcing decisions, predicting guaranteed outcomes or avoiding financial, legal, medical or professional advice. It is not suitable when acute crisis prevents stable decision-making.

Death Arrow 2

DEATH ARROW CEREMONY

RETURNING WHAT IS FINISHED TO THE PAST

Some endings are factual but not yet embodied. The relationship ended, the role disappeared, the old identity collapsed, the season changed, yet part of the person remains organised around what is no longer alive. A Death Arrow ceremony marks the line between what belongs to the past and what must no longer be carried forward. It is not a ceremony of physical death or harm. It is a symbolic and energetic rite for ending a pattern, contract, role, attachment or version of self that is being put to an end or has completed its course.

Facilitated by Kim Morris, an Initiated Suyu Alto Mesayoq (Inka Shaman High Priestess) in the Sacred Andean Tradition, the ceremony honours what the old form once protected before releasing it. The death arrow is not aimed at a person. It is directed toward the structure that must end so life force can stop feeding what has already become a ghost.

Reasons this ceremony may help:

  • You continue living from a role or identity that no longer fits.
  • A relationship has ended but still directs your choices.
  • You repeatedly return to a pattern you have already outgrown.
  • You need to end a contract, loyalty or attachment without attacking another person.
  • You are between lives and the old one has not been properly buried.
  • You fear that releasing the past will erase what it meant.
  • You want a clear ceremonial boundary around completion.
  • You are ready to stop feeding what is finished, unhealthy, unwanted or out of balance.

WHY PEOPLE MAY SEEK OUT THIS CEREMONY

A person may seek this ceremony when they have tried repeatedly to move on but continue returning to the same emotional, relational or behavioural structure. They may remain loyal to an old self, carry a role long after it has become harmful, or feel bound to an agreement made in fear, grief or survival. Some endings were never witnessed. Others were interrupted by shock, betrayal or the need to keep functioning. The ceremony provides a disciplined way to name what is dead, honour why it existed and stop carrying it as though it still has authority, power, permission, jurisdiction or justification to remain present. The deeper need is completion without denial. Something can matter deeply and still be finished.

CEREMONY PREPARATION

Name one or more pattern, circumstance, cord, or structure clearly. Do not use the ceremony to target another person. Reflect on what you gained from the old form, what it cost and what will need to change after it ends.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE CEREMONY

You may experience grief, anger, relief, fear or resistance. The act is symbolic but can feel physically significant because the body recognises sequence, witness and completion.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY

Expect a period of unfamiliarity. Old habits may seek to re-establish themselves. Remove practical supports for the pattern and avoid contacting people or environments that immediately reactivate it.

POST CEREMONY INTEGRATION AND SUPPORT

Integration may include trauma informed somatic release, grief work, boundary change, environmental clearing and the SHIFT™ Protocol. The person is supported to build the life that can exist once the old structure is no longer being fed.

POTENTIAL BENEFITS

The ceremony may support release, clearer boundaries, reduced attachment, renewed energy and a stronger sense that a completed chapter truly belongs to the past. It can help the person grieve without returning, honour without idealising and remember without remaining bound. The deepest benefit is often the recovery of energy previously used to maintain a dead form. That energy can then become available for relationship, purpose, health and the next stage of becoming.

What healing may restore:

  • A clear boundary between past and present.
  • Permission to grieve without returning.
  • Energy previously tied to old roles or attachments.
  • Freedom from completed agreements and loyalties.
  • Respect for what the old pattern once protected.
  • Greater capacity to tolerate the unknown.
  • Space for a new identity or direction to emerge.
  • A lived sense that endings can be sacred without being erased.

WHY CEREMONY INSTEAD OF JUST TALKING

Talking can establish that something is over, yet the body may continue organizing around it. A Death Arrow ceremony creates a concrete act of ending. The arrow gives direction to the release, while the ceremonial container ensures the target is the pattern, not a person. It gives grief a place, allows witness and makes the transition visible. This can be especially powerful when no social ritual existed for the kind of ending being lived.

SHIFTS YOU MAY EXPERIENCE

The outcome may be relief, grief, stronger boundaries or a clearer sense that the old form no longer has authority. The person may notice reduced compulsion to revisit the past or greater willingness to enter the uncertainty that follows completion. The rite does not erase memory. It changes the relationship to it.

WHO THIS CEREMONY IS FOR

For adults ending identities, relationships, addictions, inherited loyalties, roles, contracts or long-standing patterns who are ready to release without directing harm.

WHO THIS CEREMONY IS NOT FOR

Not for curses, revenge, targeting another person or fantasies of causing death or misfortune. It is not a substitute for legal, medical, addiction or mental health care.

Munay Ki Rites

THE 9 MUNAY KI RITES

The Munay Ki Rites are Nine Sacred Initiations from the Andes that heal past wounds, awaken spiritual potential, and connect participants to a lineage of luminous healers.  The Rites come from the Peruvian Mountain and Coastal Shamans, as well as the Amazon Jungle Shamans, these energetic transmissions are designed to help you open your heart, strengthen your intuition, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

The name of these rites, Munay Ki, originates from the Quechuan word for love, Munay. However, this is not the kind of love we may be more familiar with. Munay is not merely an emotion; it is pure energy. It embodies the great Love that Pachamama (Mother Earth) has for us, the light that Inti Tayta (Father Sun) shines upon us, and Munay as Unconditional Love.

The word Ki is not Quechuan, but it represents the healing power of these rites and their ability to help us to achieve greater harmony. According to this tradition, there are three power centers within the body: Yanchay, the power of Wisdom, located in the 6th chakra. Munay, the power of Love, centred in the heart. And Yan’kay, the power of Service, rooted in the belly.

Through a personal healing journey, these rites help you align with ‘ayni’—what the Q’ero describe as living in right relationship with all of creation, embodying the energetic qualities of Wisdom, Love, and Service.

These sacred initiations from the Inca tradition are passed from person to person, planting the seeds of change within your DNA and energetic structure. As love and power work in harmony, you are released from the constraints of your past, awakening the highest potential of what it means to be human. This process nurtures a deep sense of belonging, purpose, and the ability to make a meaningful difference while living in right relationship with the world.

As these archetypal energies are integrated into our energy fields, we become vessels capable of holding a new vision for Earth. Together, we consciously co-create a world where everyone feels a deep sense of belonging, leads lives filled with meaning and purpose, and lives in right relationship with all beings.

Alongside many indigenous peoples around the world, we stand on the threshold of an extraordinary time in human evolution. As the old world falls away, we are actively building a new one.

PURPOSE AND BENEFITS

Receiving the Munay Ki Rites is said to:

  • Heal past and ancestral wounds, including karmic or past-life patterns.
  • Raise your energetic vibration, enhancing spiritual awareness and connection to the Earth.
  • Strengthen intuition and inner vision, allowing you to perceive subtle energies and life from a higher perspective.
  • Clarify life purpose and foster personal transformation, joy, and harmony.
  • Connect you to a lineage of healers, Earth Keepers, Star Keepers, and Wisdom Keepers, providing guidance and protection.

THE 9 RITES

  1. THE HEALER’S RITE

Connects you to a lineage of luminous healers from the past to assist you in your personal transformation, awakening the healing power so that everyone you touch is blessed. We access tremendous spiritual assistance; ancient healers who help heal the wounds of the past and of our ancestors.  Activates the ability to heal oneself and others.

  1. THE BANDS OF POWER RITE

These are five energetic belts woven around the body with the essence of each element: earth, water, fire, air, and pure light. These bands strengthen our connection with nature and act as filters disintegrating negative and heavy energies, thus protecting us physically and psychically.  Five energetic bands woven into our energy field, transmuting heavy energies into pure elements.

  1. THE HARMONY RITE

It connects us to animal spirits Serpent, Jaguar, Hummingbird, Eagle, and Condor that reset our instincts so we can maintain physical and emotional integrity. For example, they warn us about the right relationships with people, at the right times, and at the right places. In addition, it connects us to the Guardians of the three mythical worlds: upper, middle, and lower. These keepers guide our evolution, instigating us to heal our past and guiding us to a healthy and auspicious future.  Transmits seven archetypal energies into the chakras, fostering balance, harmony, and alignment.

  1. THE SEER RITE

It establishes new neural connections between the visual cortex, the third eye, and the heart. Thus, the inner vision of the invisible world of subtle energies is awakened together with the grace of those who see with the eyes of love and compassion.  Activates the third eye, enhancing intuitive vision and spiritual perception.

  1. THE DAY KEEPER RITE

It initiates us to a lineage of medicine men and women who bring health and harmony to a community by activating and feeding their altars. The elements earth, water, wind, fire, space are honoured and balanced with prayers and intention so life may flow in sacred order. This lineage brings great awareness of the gentle and receptive qualities of life, healing and empowering our relationship to the feminine.

  1. THE WISDOM KEEPER RITE

The wisdom of this lineage is not about accumulating information in our heads the way a computer does on its hard drive. The Wisdom Lineage remembers how to dialogue with nature, understanding in their hearts the energy that moves her cycles and rhythms. In the Andes they are renowned for their ability to call lightning and for their intimate connection with the guardian spirits of the mountains.  Honours the wisdom of the mountain spirits, bringing healing to the masculine energies.

  1. THE EARTH KEEPER RITE

These men and women have the truest and broadest vision about the meaning of life on Earth. They are not the ones handling the greatest amount of theories and scientific data about the evolution of species. Rather, they have the perspective of life from the consciousness of the sun and the stars that illuminate us. In the mystical Andes they are recognized as the ascended masters who communicate with the stars and masticate their knowledge to deliver it in a soft, discreet, and digestible way to their peoples. Just as a mother chews food for her baby who doesn’t have teeth.  Connects participants with the healing energy of the Earth, balancing the feminine.

  1. THE STAR KEEPER RITE

This initiation awakens the perception of our possible future, warning us about the dangers and opportunities; about the horrors and the beauty. It is the awareness of prophets who do not only know the prophecy from a distance but take an active role in affecting change for a better destiny. This initiation opens the doorway to lucidly participate in our evolution from ‘homo sapiens’ to ‘homo luminous’; it prepares the recipient for the leap in consciousness, attuning them to the new era of humanity.  Anchors you into cosmic rhythms, connecting to future possibilities and universal cycles.

  1. THE CREATOR RITE

This initiation stimulates us to discover our infinite nature not separated from the creative source and all of creation; makes us sensible to our manifesting power and teaches us to dream the world into being. The helps us realize that creating is not only a privilege, but also a responsibility, for which, it invites us to create with great love and courage.  Awakens the divine spark within, allowing individuals to embody their highest potential as Universal Beings.

10th Rite of The Womb

THE RITE OF THE WOMB - THE 13TH RITE OF THE MUNAY KI – SACRED WOMB HEALING

Before the Rite of the Womb there were 9 Munay Ki Rites.

Marcela Lobos then brought through the 13th Munay Ki Rite the Rite of the Womb.

The Rite of the Womb is a very powerful loving energy transmission that will restore the natural balance of your creative centre. The Rite of the Womb is a blessing of the Womb, our sacred place of creation.

The 13th Munay Ki Rite, known as the Kisma Karpay is a profound initiation that emphasizes the Womb’s role as a field of creation and the importance of healing the inherited cycles of suffering.

This rite is a contemporary ritual born of Marcela Lobos, a medicine woman initiated in the healing and spiritual traditions of the Amazon and the Andes.

The Rite of the Womb is a blessing of the Womb, our sacred place of creation.  Many women are still carrying the pain and resentment of their mothers, grandmothers and female ancestors.  Some feel the wounds of a past life or had traumatic experiences in this lifetime that block their joy and happiness and prevent them from connecting with their feminine power.  The healing energy of this blessing will reactive your feminine power

The Rite of the Womb is a medicine that begins to dissolve that inheritance.  It restores the original knowing: the Feminine and masculine Body are a temple of creation.

You will learn how to pass this Rite on to others.

Nusta Karpy Rites And Initiations

KARPAY QUANCHIS ÑUSTAKUNA - THE 7 GODDESS INITIATION RITES FROM PERU (Previously Known As The Ñusta Karpay / Rites / Initiations)

WHAT ARE THE ÑUSTAS?

In the Andean spiritual tradition, the Ñustas are the Goddesses and Sacred Archetypal Feminine energies of Nature. They are the original princesses of Andean cosmology, who draw their power from the great mountains and sacred lakes of Peru. They are also connected to other waters and mountains on our planet.

In the Quechua language of the Andes, the word “Karpay” means a Rite or ceremony of initiation.

In total, there are 144 Ñustas. During this workshop we will connect with the seven main Ñustas. Each Ñusta brings a unique aspect to you, shining a different light on your path. It is the path of feminine healing and the path of the male in deep connection with Mother Earth.

WHO MAY RECEIVE THE ÑUSTAS?

The Ñusta Karpay Rites are open to both men and women, and are available to everyone regardless of their spiritual orientation. They are for those who wish to heal the Divine Feminine within themselves and carry that healing into the world, and for those who wish to bring greater peace and unity to our planet. The Ñustas will allow men to soften inside, while developing more empathy and getting more in tune again with their feelings and intuitions. These initiations will bring women into their own Goddess energy and the original deep femininity.

WHAT WILL I EMBODY FROM THE ÑUSTAS?

The Ñusta will deepen and strengthen your connection to the female energy within you and around you, on Earth and the cosmos, through many layers. These are profound initiations that will have a deep effect.

  • They will support and accelerate your healing and spiritual growth.
  • They help you find a new balance within yourself, connected with the healing of Mother Earth.
  • These beautiful energies will help to heal the wounded ego, reduce many fears, guilt, and enable you to let go of the feeling of the need to control everything. It will allow you to be your own inner master again.
  • The revitalized deep connection with all, experiencing the truth of who you are and unconditional love (TUKUY MUNAYNIYOC) will lead you directly to your heart! You can live in the new energy that is already present, but which has been hard to capture until now.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO EXPERIENCE FROM RECEIVING THESE RITES?

The Ñusta Rites are given as energetic seeds of the Feminine Goddess Archetypes, and transmitted into your seven chakras and luminous energy field. The chakras are like the organs of our luminous energy field, and hold all our histories, as well as our light and our shadow pieces. As you receive and integrate the initiation of the Ñusta Rites, you begin to stir the contents of your chakras, bringing to the surface any parts of yourself that have not yet been healed or honoured. You will feel the impact of the Ñusta immediately, but like the cycles of the moon and the cycles in nature, her alchemy works in cycles through you.

The Ñustas have gentle, yet powerful energy to deeply heal and restore the balance of feminine and masculine energies within us. Through connecting to the Ñustas, you awaken a deep rapport with the divine feminine. Not only within yourself, but with the feminine in all of creation. Here, you also recognize and begin to heal your true relationship and connection to Mother Earth and all living beings. Through the powerful initiations of the Rites you will experience a real “quickening” in your spiritual growth and personal healing.

THE PROCESS OF ÑUSTA KARPAY RITES

Each Rite is a ceremonial blessing that plants energetic seeds in your being. These seeds represent different aspects of the Ñustas, helping to heal wounds of the past, integrate feminine and masculine energies, and realign with the rhythms of nature and your inner wisdom.

The ceremonies are supported by ancient Andean practices, including prayers, offerings, and rituals that honour Pachamama (Mother Earth).

THE SEVEN ÑUSTA RITES

  1. Mama Ocllo –

She is the daughter of Father Sun and Mother Earth and originates from Lake Titicaca. She is the Earth Goddess, Great Mother of all Goddesses and also the Goddess of Wisdom. The essence of Mama Ocllo is to ground us in our own centre, to find our inner sanctity. This Rite heals your female power and restores balance and prepares you to receive the initiations from the other Rites, as it opens your chakras and connects each one with a luminous spiral of light from your root to your crown. During this Rite you will receive the ‘seeds of light’ in each of your chakras.

  1. Doña Mujia –

The Goddess of Water. Mujia means ‘mermaid’ and stands for the ‘spirit of the water’. The energy connected to this Goddess is about ‘letting go’. This initiation helps us release the negative aspects of our ego and opens you to the concept of selfless union with others. It assists you in releasing your connections to your ‘roles’ while inviting you to transform the roles into positive interactions. This is a ‘Flowering Rite’.

  1. Mama Simona –

The Goddess of our Ancestors. You connect with the ancient feminine lineage, the ancestors, connecting with your roots, coming home to find yourself. This Rite enables you to connect not only with Mother Earth, but also to achieve a deeper connection with yourself and the way in which you connect with the land you call home.

  1. Doña Theresa –

  1. Maria Sakapana –

Spiral of the Wind, and the Goddess of Communication. Maria Skapana is associated with the two physical locations: Bolivia/Peru altiplano, near Lake Titicaca and a location between Quero’s Nation and Apu (mountain) Ausangate. These are the places where the Paqos (Inca Shamans/Priests) and others go to open up and clear their fifth chakra to speak their truth. This Rite invites you to release all that holds you back from speaking your truth, from stepping into your True Self. This is a deeply cleansing Rite.

  1. Huana Waman Tikkla –

Connection to the Falcon Temple/the Temple of Clear Vision. This is the journey you take to gain clarity and to do our deep visionary work. With this Rite you are connected to the spirits of the Condor, Eagle, Falcon, Hawk, and Owl, to assist you in understanding life with clarity and with a higher perspective. All of these are considered feminine characteristics. This Rite is an energetic transmission for the opening of your third eye, inner vision and the way to connect with the spirit realm. She opens your vision to the seen and unseen energies of the universe.

  1. Tomasa Waman Tikkla –

Sister of Huana Huaman Tikkla, they reside together. The Goddess of Freedom. The energy of this Rite is ‘transformation and liberation’. This Rite opens your crown chakra connecting you to your True Self. This Rite is the integration of all the Ñustas and their blessings, connecting you to the 7 sisters, the 7 stars of the Pleiades. This is a Rite of Transformation that connects you to your True Self of Freedom.

You will learn how to pass these Rites on to others.
