Usui Reiki I – First Degree

At Level 1 we look to introduce you to the concept of hands on healing.  The course aims to assist you to understand and begin to work with energy in all areas of your life.  The first level of Reiki is about self and gaining an awareness of self.  You will receive a Rei Ju Empowerment and a Reiki Healing Attunement that will begin a 21-day clearing and balancing process for you to prepare you to receive the Usui Reiki Level 2 Attunement.
